The product is totally handmade and it may vary a little in color and size to some extent because of its natural characteristics

If, for any reason, you are not happy with a product, it can be returned to us within 4 days of delivery of the order.

 

Any other discrepancy such as missing items or damaged item should be reported to us. within 4 days of delivery of goods.
